Request for Bids

The City of Sargent will accept sealed bids for the following: Farmall A Tractor w/6’ belly mower and a Massey Ferguson TO/20 Tractor w/6’ blade until 5:00 PM March 9^th, 2009. Bid opening will be the Sargent Community Center at 7:15 PM at the regular Council Meeting on March 9^th, 2009.

ü Bids must include bidders full name

ü mailing address

ü phone number

ü must be clearly marked “BID for Farmall A Tractor”

ü or “BID for Massey Ferguson TO/20”;

ü and a personal check, cashier check or money order in the full amount of bid must be enclosed with the sealed bid.

The described tractors will be available for public inspection between 8:00 – 5:00, Monday through Friday at 106 North 2^nd, Sargent. Special arrangements for inspection can be made by calling the City Office at 308-527-4200.

The City of Sargent reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All rejected bids and payments shall be returned to bidder via first class mail.
